(Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.,) Heard Mr.K.Kathiresan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and carefully perused the materials placed on record.
2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 11.06.2015, in W.P.(MD).No.5354 of 2015, on the file of this Court and direction issued to the respondent for filing an affidavit.
3. The said direction has been complied with by the respondent though belatedly. In the affidavit, the respondent / contemner has tendered unconditional apology. Hence, we are inclined to accept the affidavit and close the contempt petition.
4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all the issues in the pending writ petition, in W.P.(MD).No.5354 of 2015. No costs.
