JUDGMENT / ORDER

An interim order was granted on 7.7.208 on condition of the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- at or before the time fixed for sale. Learned counsel for the third respondent submits that since the condition had not been complied with, the interim order granted was vacated on 14.8.2008. Nothing survives in the writ petition. Writ petition is dismissed.
