2.It is submitted by the learned counsels that as per the order of this Court dated 25.07.2017, election to the Association, namely, Vasundhara Enclave Home and Flat Owners Welfare Association was conducted and the result was declared on 17.09.2017.
3.In view of the said submissions, both the writ petitions are closed as no further adjudication is necessary in these cases. The Association is directed to pay additional remuneration of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) to the Election Officer, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
