JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 14.10.2014 in W.P.(MD) No.15494 of 2014 has been complied with and produced copy of the proceedings of the respondent dated 22.11.2017 in Letter No.20856/SS-4(2)/2015-12.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the submissions and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
