Petitioner has filed Ext.P2 application for issuance of dealers licence for dealing in weathered rock sand. Apparently, the matter is required to be considered by the respondent after getting information from the District Collector and the police authorities.
2. Having regard to the aforesaid request made by the petitioner, I am of the view th the writ petition can be disposed of as under:
Respondent shall consider Ext.P2 and pass appropriate orders after getting necessary information from the District Collector as well as the police within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
