Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader.

By this Writ Petition filed as a public interest litigation, the petitioner prays for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to implement Exhibit P2 Government order dated 31st May, 2013, by which order, sanction was granted by the State Government to acquire 25 acres of land for construction of a Medical College at Haripad in Alleppey District.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader has pointed out that W.A.No.1936 of 2013 filed by the fourth respondent challenging the aforesaid Government order dated 31st May, 2013 has already been dismissed by this Court on 14.10.2014 and the Government order dated 31st May, 2013 has been upheld and it is for the Government WP(C).24342/14 2 to proceed as observed by the Division Bench in the judgment dated 14.10.2014 in W.A.No.1936 of 2013.
We see no ground to entertain the public interest litigation. The Writ Petition is closed.
