The sole petitioner died on 5.2.2010 leaving behind his widow Smt. Ragni Mishra and two sons, namely, Anjul Krishna Mishra and Sri Manjul Krishna Mishra as his legal heirs and representatives. In front of the name of the petitioner, the word since deceased be mentioned and his legal heirs Smt. Ragni Mishra, Sri Anjul Krishna Mishra and Sri Manjul Krishna Mishra be impleaded/substituted as the petitioners. The substitution be carried out within a week. The application is allowed.
