The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to re-issue temporary permit which is valid till 01-01-2015 to the petitioner's stage carriage No. KL-18-3216 on the route Mannarkkad - Perinthalmanna. 2. If no other person having a better claim has applied for the same, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of four months duration with a week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P5. Needless to say, such re-issuance of temporary permit will be subject to any preferential claim.
This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
