The petitioner prays for a settlement of the dues in a housing loan under a One Time Settlement Scheme applicable to the respondent Board. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Board, on instruction, submits that the petitioner's application has been received at the Board and on payment of an amount of Rs.18,70,083/-, on or before 30.06.2014, the petitioner's housing loan would be satisfied as per the One Time Settlement Scheme. 2. In such circumstance, it is only proper that the petitioner be directed to settle the loan account as ordered by the respondent Bank. I do so.
