Even though lawyers were abstaining from work and learned counsel for the petitioner was not present in the Court, I myself have gone through the record.

Grievance of the petitioner is that the Mutation Case bearing No.T202014360105046, under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was not being decided. A prayer, therefore, has been made to issue a direction to decide the above mutation case expeditiously.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Mutation Case bearing No.T202014360105046, under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, unless there is any legal impediment, be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
