The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the partition suit being Case No. T 20187320501955 (Bhupendra Singh vs. Sri Balendra Kumar and Others) filed under section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has not been decided. Therefore, prayer has been made for its disposal.
Learned Standing Counsel states that every effort shall be made to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Case No. T 20187320501955 (Bhupendra Singh vs. Sri Balendra Kumar and Others) filed under section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
