Learned counsel for the applicants states that he wants to withdraw the instant applicant with the liberty to file a fresh.
The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file a fresh before appropriate Court.
The certified copy of the annexures appended therein shall be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining photocopy of the same.
