This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the notice dated 26.4.2013 under section 3 of U.P. Gunda Act, P.S. Ram Saheni Ghat, District Barabanki.
From the perusal of the impugned notice it reveals that the material substance of each case mentioned therein has been disclosed. In such circumstances, at this stage, interference in the notice is not required. The notice requires reply from the petitioner. In case after furnishing reply, the authority concern directs the petitioner to furnish the bail bonds, on furnishing the bail bonds, if the bail bonds are sent to verification, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his personal bond.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
