By order dated 26.7.2013, the case was directed to be listed peremptorily in the next cause list. It was further provided as under:

"However if learned counsel for petitioner does not come to the court on the next date, some alternative arrangement to argue the case shall be made otherwise interim order will not be extended."

Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has again sent illness slip. The case is, therefore, passed over.

However, it is made clear that the interim order is not being extended.

This order is being passed in presence of Sri Gyanendra Nath, learned counsel for the respondents.
