By way of present application, the applicant seeks direction to CBI to release passport bearing No.J-4544350 for the period of four weeks for renewal purpose and further seeks permission to allow the applicant to travel to China.

In view of the averments made in the application, present application is partly allowed. The CBI Agency - respondent No.2 is directed to hand over passport of the present applicant for renewal purpose. The applicant is directed to surrender the passport to CBI - respondent No.2 after renewal.
So far as prayer for permission to visit abroad is concerned, the applicant is permitted to file fresh application. Direct service is permitted today.
