1. This Second Appeal is called out twice. On both the occasions, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant has chosen to remain absent. Hence, the present Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith.

2. In view of the dismissal of the main Second Appeal, Civil Application No.5531 of 2011 is also dismissed for non-prosecution accordingly.
