Mr.K.L.Pandya, learned APP appearing for the respondent - State, submits that present applicant is acquitted for the offence of Section 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr.Pandya prays for time to verify as to whether State has preferred Appeal against the order of acquittal passed by the learned Additional Session Judge, Morbi.
