2.0. Rule.
Shri Suresh M. Shah, learned advocate waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent no.1. In the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of the learned advocates for the respective parties, the application is taken up for final hearing.
3.0. Present application has been preferred by the applicants herein- heirs and legal representatives of the original respondent-Prabhudas Bhimjibhai Tanna (now deceased) permitting them to be brought on record as respondent no.1.1 and 1.2 in Civil Revision Application No.1251 of 1998 as heirs and legal representative of respondent.
4.0. Shri Suresh M. Shah, learned advocate for the original petitioner has submitted that as such he has no objection if the present application is granted.
5.0. In view of the above, present application is allowed and applicants are permitted to be brought on record as respondent no.1.1 and 1.2 in Civil Revision Application No.1251 of 1998 as heirs and legal representative of respondent-Prabhudas Bhimjibhai Tanna (now deceased). Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent only. Registry is directed to amend the cause title accordingly.
