When an order was passed on 27.12.1995 under section 122-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950, the petitioner filed an application for recalling the same on 27.8.2011. The grievance of the petitioner is that this application is not being decided.
It is, therefore, directed that the Restoration Application No.T- 201816670504198 of 2011 (Kishore & Ors. Vs. Sabhamani & Ors.) pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Padrauna, District Kushinagar be decided within a period of one month from the next date fixed in the case, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
