Towards recovery of loan amount the petitioner's property is put to auction. No reason has been shown to the Court as to why this Court should interfere since the petitioner admits taking of loan and for recovery of the same the Bank is proceeding to auction the property.
There is no merit in the writ petition. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
