2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed praying for quashing of summoning order dated 02.04.2003 passed by Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut in Complaint Case No. 642 of 2003 under Section 420 IPC.
3. Magistrate has examined complaint as well as statements under Section 200 and 202 Cr.P.C. and on that basis it cannot be said that case under Section 420 IPC is not made out. No interference, therefore, is called out.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
