1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for releasing the vehicle i.e. Truck bearing No.GJ-5 AV-7165, which is of the ownership of the petitioner along with the container, seized by the respondent No.3 on 15.2.2013.
2. Heard learned counsel Ms. Kruti Shah for the petitioner and learned AGP for the respondent State.
3. Learned AGP, under the instruction, states that the application for release of the vehicle, which is pending with the department, will be decided within 10 days. He also states that the said application will be considered in light of the observations made by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.10.2012 in Letters Patent Appeal No.1168 of 2012 and the order dated 19.10.2012 passed in Special Civil Application No.12314 of 2012.
4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is disposed of. Notice is discharged. Direct service is permitted.
