JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Ayiroor Police.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that as per report dated 03.05.2014 of the S.H.O., Ayiroor Police Station, no case is registered against the petitioner in that Police Station. But, it is understood that the Kaliyekkavila Police (in the State of Tamil Nadu) have registered a case against the petitioner.
3. In the light of the above submission, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the application without prejudice to filing fresh application impleading the Kaliyekkavila Police.
4. I have heard both sides. I am inclined to allow the request.
Application is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the petitioner filing fresh application impleading proper parties.
