D.V.Shah, learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that though the permission was granted by this Court to serve the order passed in the present application, the same could not be served. Since respondent nos. 1 & 2 are not found at the place, which is mentioned in the cause title, he wants some time to get information about the latest address of respondent nos. 1 & 2. Hence, fresh rule be issued, returnable on 31st August, 2012. The applicant is permitted to serve the respondents at the new address. Direct service is permitted.
