1. This petitioner has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners who have marriage out of their own sweet will.
2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner no.1 according to her high-school mark-sheet issued from Rajkiya High School, Ahraura, Bamaur, District- Jhansi was born in 2001 and is major and she has married with petitioner no.2 on 03.12.2019 in Lalita Devi Mandir, Meerapur, Prayagraj. Since the petitioners have married against their parents wishes, they are being harassed by the family members.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S- Arach, District Jhansi who shall extend all help and protection to them under the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
