Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Mutation Case No. 1042/1043 of 2011 (Kishmati Vs. Bhulan Sharma), under Section 34 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, pending before Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil-Deoria, District-Deoria, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that theMutation Case No. 1042/1043 of 2011 (Kishmati Vs. Bhulan Sharma) under Section 34 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
