JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application has been filed by the applicants-accused under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code for quashing and setting aside the complaint being C.R.No.I-208/2012 registered with Saher Kotda Police Station on the grounds stated in the application.
Learned counsel, Mr.Subhash Barot for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application without prejudice to the rights and contentions. Permission is granted. The present application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
