Mr. S.A. Siddique, learned Advocate, has filed his appearance on behalf of opposite party No.2 in Court today. The same is taken on record.
At the outset, Shri IPS Tomar, learned counsel for the applicants, submitted that on account of some defect, he does not want to press this application, at this stage. He may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application with better particulars.
The prayer, so made by learned counsel for the applicants, is liable to be accepted.
In view of above, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application with better particulars.
The certified copy of the order dated 18.6.2019, appended as Annexure-4 to this application, be returned to the applicants after retaining the Xerox-copy of the same on record.
