Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there are certain material defects in the writ petition. He prays for permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
It is however provided that when the fresh writ petition is filed, a copy of the same shall be served upon Shri A.P. Singh who had filed his power for one of the respondents.
