The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 10.10.2012 passed in Writ C No.58684 of 2011 (Kishan Pal Singh and Another Vs. State of U.P. and Others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is stated that an affidavit of compliance has already been filed by the counsel for the opposite party. It is stated in paragraph 4 and 5 of the affidavit of compliance that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
