This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the impugned notice dated 28.07.2018 in Session Trial No. 541 of 2017(State Vs. Kailash Rajbhar) arising out of Case Crime No. 0233 of 2017 under Sections 363, 366, 376-D IPC and Section 5/6 POCSO Act, police Station-Bhimpura, District-Ballia pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-1, Ballia.
The prayer made in present application is totally misconceived and is, accordingly, rejected.
