Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 1 to remove illegal possession over the land in question from Gata No. 705, 706, 708, 737 and 736 of Khata No. 100 of the petitioner within any specific period. A further prayer has been made to direct the respondent no. 1 not to disturb the petitioner in her peaceful possession over the land in question till the disposal of the civil suit pending in the Court of Small Cause Court, Aligarh.
Sri Ashish Pandey, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Ram Chandra Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the present petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Prayer so made is allowed.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
