[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent reconstructed the hut, demolished by him earlier, without passing formal orders, after considering the objections given by the petitioner.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was electricity connection prior to the demolition of the hut and therefore, a direction should be given to the Electricity Department to give re- connection.
3. The Jurisdictional Electricity Authority is directed to give electricity connection to the premises in question, in case the petitioner was enjoying the connection prior to the demolition.
4. The Contempt Petition is closed, in view of the subsequent events as indicated above.
