JUDGMENT / ORDER

Present Civil Application for interim relief has been preferred by the applicant herein-original appellant to stay the further implementation and operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 31.12.2007 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge, Mehesana passed in Regular Civil Suit No.20 of 2003 as well as the judgment and order dated 29.7.2011 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Mahesana passed in Regular Civil Appeal No.8 of 2008.
Having heard Shri Vaishnav, learned advocate for the applicant and Shri Y.M. Thakor, learned advocate for the respondents, ad-interim relief granted earlier vide order dated 12.10.2011 is modified to the extent by directing the parties to maintain status quo with respect to the title, possession etc. of the suit land property in question, during the pendency and final disposal of main Second Appeal No.193 of 2011. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent only.
