Present petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the learned C.J.M., Farrukhabad to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 2987 of 2018, Case Crime No. 182 of 2017, under sections 452, 302, 504, 120-B I.P.C. Police Station-Amritpur, District-Fathegarh (Farrukhabad), pending before him within some stipulated period.
Looking in the facts and circumstances, learned C.J.M., Farrukhabad to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 2987 of 2018, Case Crime No. 182 of 2017, under sections 452, 302, 504, 120-B I.P.C. Police Station- Amritpur, District-Fathegarh (Farrukhabad), pending before him, expeditiously in accordance with law. Learned C.J.M., Farrukhabad, shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment in the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of.
