Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the court below be directed to decide Petition No. 34 of 2017 (Kirti Mohan Rawat vs. Smt. Nupuru Awasthi Rawat) within stipulated period.
In view of the nature of the proceeding present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the court below to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
