Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 3 and 4 and Sri Suresh C. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.
After advancing his arguments at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners very candidly conceded that till date, no notification acquiring the land of the petitioners has been issued and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition at the appropriate stage.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
