1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the High School Certificate. They got married in a temple at Moradabad. The petitioners also got their married registered under the U.P. Marriage Registration Rules, 2017 on 11.12.2019 at Mordabad.
3. Since the petitioners are married against their parents' wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this petition.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
