(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) We have heard learned advocate Mr.Mishra at length. One of the contention is that the petitioner's case that he was never absent from duty has not been properly considered and that his request for production of pay bill has been turned down. Against which, it was brought to the notice of Mr.Mishra that the petitioner would have the pay slip and or entry in the bank about the credit of salary for the period in question. In this regard, he seeks time to take instruction from his client. Hence, the matter is adjourned to 01st February, 2012, as requested by him.
