1. Heard Mr.Dipak R. Dave, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms.Asmita Patel, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1,3 and 4 and Mr.R.S. Sanjanwala, learned Senior Counsel appearing with Mr.Dilip Kanojiya for respondent No.2.
2. Considering the issue involved in the present petition, the petition requires consideration.
3. Hence, Rule. Ms.Asmita Patel, learned A.G.P. waives service of Rule for respondent Nos.1,3 and 4 and Mr.Dilip Kanojiya, learned counsel waives service of Rule for respondent No.2.
4. The prayer, as prayed for, in paragraph No. 7(B) cannot be granted. However, till final disposal of this petition, the revenue entries, as exist today, shall not be altered.
5. The Registry is directed to call for the Record and Proceedings of Revision Application No.29 of 2010 as well as the proceedings before the Collector so as to reach this Court on or before 20.08.2012.
6. As the matter pertains only to RTS proceedings, it would be open for either of the parties to request the Court for final hearing, after the pleadings are completed and as per the convenience of the Court.
