Nirav R. Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant states that one more question arises in this Appeal is whether the Revision would lie and whether the Revision could be treated to be an alternative remedy and the original petitioner - respondent can be relegated to the alternative remedy. This question is also required to be decided, but under inadvertent mistake, this point could not be taken up by the appellant earlier. Therefore, he wants some times to file an Amendment Application so as to amend the memo of appeal.
The request is accepted. Three weeks time is granted to the appellant to file an Amendment Application. Put up the matter on 10th February, 2012.
