The petitioner challenges the action of the University in not publishing the result.

2. The University contended that the petitioner had not appeared in the examination for one term. As per the Interim Order dated 21.08.2014, an examination was conducted solely for the petitioner and the petitioner is said to have passed the said examination.

3. In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is closed without prejudice to the contentions of the petitioner, with respect to the earlier participation in the examination which the University alleges the petitioner did not participate, and the petitioner disputes.
