Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"a) issue a writ, order or direction in he nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 (Tehsildar Tehsil Nautanwa, Maharajganj) to decide Computer Case No.T201805470303367 (Kiran Sahani Vs. Murati) under Section 34 U.P. Revenue Code, relating to Mauja / Vaillage Araji Sarkar @ Kewatalia, Tappa Marchwar, Pargana Vinayakpur, Tahils Nautanwa, District Maharajganj forthwith within stipulated period of time as directed by this Hon'ble Court."
Petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation case filed in the year 2018 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 (Tehsildar Tehsil Nautanwa, Maharajganj) to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
