Restoration Application The facts mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, specially the averments mentioned in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 thereof, constitute sufficient cause. Consequently, this application is allowed, the order dated 01.11.2012 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number.
