1. Heard Shri Nishant Mishra, learned counsel for the assessee and the learned Standing Counsel for the revenue.
2. Present revision has been filed by the assessee, arising from an order passed under Section 8-D(1) of the of the U.P. Trade Tax Act, 1948, providing for rate of deduction of tax at source.
3. Since the assessment year involved in the present revision is 2007-08, it is expected, the final assessment order would have already been passed.
4. Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed as infructuous.
