DAVE Date : 09/05/2012 ORAL ORDER In the impugned complaint were allegations are levelled of alleged transaction of 2008, FIR came to be registered early in the morning at 2:30 on 14.2.2011 and the applicant came to be registered. Besides, in other cases page 69 to 87 of this petition the very police officer also registered offences under Sections 394, 324, 323, 294 B, 427, 114 of Indian Penal Code and three such complaints after initial investigation recommended deletion of offence under Section 394 of IPC to the concerned Magistrate. The manner and method of investigation of the concerned police officer needs detail investigation and departmental scrutiny by the Director General of Police, State of Gujarat and report be placed before this Court on 16.6.2012.
