(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Through this application, the applicants seek restoration of Cross Objection (Stamp) No. 135 of 2011 after condoning delay in making such a prayer.
In the cross objection, Division Bench of this Court passed an order on 29.06.2011 and granted time for removal of office objection upto 13.07.2011, it is provided that failing which the matter shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant if allowed sometime, would remove all objections.
Considering the submissions made, Cross Objection (Stamp) No. 135 of 2011 is restored to file. Applicant shall have time upto 09.04.2012 for removing all objections in such cross objection, failing which, the cross objection shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
