The case of the petitioners is that their revision is pending for consideration before the State Government along with stay application under Section 12 of UP Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 since 12.12.2017 which has not been disposed of till date.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State and learned counsel appearing for development authority jointly state that they shall facilitate in expeditious disposal of the said revision/stay application as the case may be.
This writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.1 to dispose of the pending revision dated 12.12.2017 / stay application as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of this order, by reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law.
