----------------------- The petitioner has approached the Village Officer, Pattanur Village, Kannur by Ext.P5 to accept land tax to to effect mutation in terms of final decree in O.S.No.351/2008 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Taliparamba. Transfer of registry has to be effected under Rule 3 (8)(b), based on the civil decree in the suit. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to effect transfer of registry on being satisfied with the claim of the petioner based on the final decree in the suit referred as above. Needful shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
