The petitioner approached the first respondent for effecting mutation based on the allotment in the final decree and judgment in O.S.No.351/2008 on the file of the Munsiffs Court, Taliparamba. Ext.P5 is the request made by the petitioner. 2. In view of Ext.P5, after specifying the petitioner’s title, interest and possession over the property, appropriate action shall be taken within a period of six weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs. Sd/-
